After spending some lessons in the classroom, |
I thought that it might be a good idea, if my |
students involve in a quiz cum game lesson, |
something like the famous TV show: Who wants |
to be a millionaire? The students are asked to |
form groups of four or five. Pick a question |
at random from a computer and solve together |
as a group. Each group select their own leader |
to present their answers. The students love the |
Tops |
lesson very much. |

I encouraged my students to teach their peers |
| |
In doing so, they will acquire not only full understanding |
| |
of the mathematical concepts concerned but also skills |
| |
New>>> |
to deliver the facts in a systematic and logical manner. |
| |
This is actually part of a quiz where I have divided the |
| |
students into several groups. I stressed that everyone |
| |
in the group must collaborate and cooperate with each |
| |
other in order to win. The student who are to present |
| |
the answers are chosen by students from another |
| |
group so as to prevent "sleeping partners" In this |
| |
gave everybody is fully awake and alert! |
