Penang Free School has from her very first day nurtured her students with wisdom and knowledge. In return, her students have always in return done her proud by setting an untarnished record of excellence. Our alma mater’s reputation in the field of academic excellence has reigned long and mighty. However we should not rest on our laurel and simply gawk at our current accomplishment. It is the responsibilities of the present Frees to strive even harder to achieve greater height and better success. Thus, let us all strive hard in our quest to further enhance and prove true the legacy of our alma mater.

       Lower 6 timetable
    The school welcomes three Canadian trainee teachers from the University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. They are David Hayward, Sonya Panchyshyn and Catherine Wright. They are great teachers, our students love them. The teachers were creative and have helped our students to understand their lesson better as well as to learn about their culture. The school hopes that this programme will continue as there is so much to learn from each other. The only sad part is that their training programmes lasted only two weeks. We wish them the best as they complete the course by year end.   Upper 6 timetable

      Every year around July, the school counselor will organized a full scale Career day for the school leavers. The participation from the various colleges and institutions were excellent and the responds from the students were very encouraging. Many of our students seeks scholarships opportunities from the various institutions. The school would like to thank all the various colleges and institutions education  for their participation and their patience explaining the myriads of courses offered by them. The school hopes that this strong partnership and collaboration will continues for many years to come.
